During our recent family trip to Scotland, we had the pleasure of staying at the Smiddy, a charming converted blacksmith's workshop nestled in the heart of the Scottish countryside. As a history enthusiast, I appreciated the unique character of the building, with its cozy bedrooms and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of family-friendly amenities available at the Smiddy. Our children were delighted to discover the selection of board games and puzzles provided, which kept them entertained for hours on end. the location of the Smiddy made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby for the whole family to enjoy. It was a lovely touch that added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of our trip. Overall, our experience at the Smiddy was fantastic. the comfortable accommodations, friendly host, and family-friendly amenities made it a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely be returning in the future to explore more of the beautiful Scottish countryside and create more treasured memories together.
